focus on gain
elevate thinking
alleviate pain

Space sadly vacant
agonized mind
replace with wonder
fear far behind

Darkness so nourished
by failure to grow
Courage spawns light
Action adds glow

Motion and movement
energized pace
filling with freshness
hard empty space

Never forgotten
as pain should be
old wounds fly
on soft wings set free

Accelerate now
glimmer flash burst
depression vacated
darkness dispersed

Memories linger
hurtful refrain
let brilliant light action
bring peace once again

Gently softly ours to do
brush aside a branch or two
forget that one you thought was you
find your hidden beauty

Trappings of this world will strike
leave you standing so much like
all those others up the pike
lost without their essence

Seek until it comes around
listen for that silent sound
on the air and in the ground
spark of inspiration

When warm glow begins to swell
brilliant light illumes your shell
absorb .. follow .. treat it well
fire of life has found you
