the energy ..
the driving force to my creative whim
the receptor of my deepest thoughts
the keeper of my happiness or grief ..
simply by your judgement of my gift



Reader .. without you there is nothing ..
no place to be measured
loved or despised
dismissed or admired
praised or scoffed ..
Only emptiness and loneliness in the silence ...

That difficult task of "Looking in the Mirror" has become more and more prevalent for me as life flies by.  Striving to be more than I was yesterday, or the day before that, or the years leading to "now".  I am dedicated to being more,  giving more, and relishing the gifts of nature and fellow beings .. nothing else holds such importance.  The reality is I am far away from what I want to be, with the road to that place stretched before me .. dictating that I drive thoughtfully and carefully in order to obtain  gifts along the way.  Along this drive I have already received the knowledge of one great gift ...          

While I focus on reaching my destination
the journey becomes clear ..

There is much "self work"  ahead.
So much "self work" that I have little time ..

Little time to judge others

as I attempt to be a

Better Man
