Thanks so much for sharing those beautiful photos. Is that the Supermoon? I especially like that photo. Is "Fred" still showing up for his late night treat? Aloha Cynthia ! Yes, that is the Super Moon .. it was absolutely breathtaking on Kauai. Fred is indeed a regular fixture at our midnight soiree's ... he and I howled at the moon together. He's quite the howler! Forgive me, but you and Fred howling at the moon caused me to chuckle half way around the world.( I,too, saw the supermoon here in Maryland and it was lovely.) We have had so much rain this spring that the pond (really just a low area) behind our neighbor's house is once again filled with water and frogs. The result is quite a cacophony in the evenings; you and Fred could join in!

Forget the proverbial "Moon over Miami." From now it will be Moon Over Kauai. Although being a Tarhell born & a Tarheel bred, there always be a little "Carolina Moon" in my heart.

I loved the photos. I could just feel the sand on the beach. Wish I could be on those beautiful beaches again. Perhaps I will. I love seeing the island. Keep sending those pictures and your vibrant personality. Leave a Reply. |
